1. Introduction
Welcome to P2PFather, a smart contract peer-to-peer crypto trading platform available across Web, WhatsApp, and Telegram. By accessing or using our application, bots, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of P2PFather
P2PFather allows you to buy, sell, escrow, and manage digital assets (such as USDT and USDC) across multiple blockchains (Base, BSC, Polygon).

You agree that you are solely responsible for all trades initiated, orders posted, and fiat payments transferred or received on your behalf.
3. Security & User Responsibility
You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your WhatsApp number, Telegram session, and wallet keys.

Escrow Release Rule: Sellers must verify that full fiat payments have been genuinely credited to their bank/UPI account before authorizing the escrow release. P2PFather is not liable for losses resulting from premature escrow releases, unauthorized third-party transfers, or compromised user credentials.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your information. For complete details on our minimal data processing, optional Didit KYC identity verification, and data retention standards, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Bank Freezes, Cyber Cell & Liability Disclaimer
โš ๏ธ Strict Disclaimer of Liability: P2PFather operates purely as a decentralized software interface facilitating peer-to-peer cryptocurrency escrow matching. We are not a bank, NBFC, financial intermediary, or money transmitter. We do not hold, handle, transmit, or custody any fiat currency (INR/AED/USD).

Bank Account Freezes & Cyber Cell Notices: P2PFather and its developers, operators, and affiliates are strictly NOT liable or responsible for any bank account freezes, lien markings, debit freezes, Cyber Cell complaints, police inquiries, third-party payment scams, or financial losses that may arise from peer-to-peer fiat banking or UPI transfers between buyers and sellers.

User Diligence: Users are solely responsible for cross-verifying the identity of trade counterparties, ensuring bank account holder names match verified profiles, confirming genuine bank credit before releasing escrow, and complying with all applicable tax and financial laws. All trades are conducted entirely at your own risk.
6. Modifications
P2PFather reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant modifications will be posted directly on this page and communicated across our community channels.
